No. The link works in any browser on any phone. There is an Android app as well.

No. A door's text is sent by the server only on its day — not even hidden in the page's code.
Does it have to start on 1 December?

What happens to my texts?
They are deleted automatically 90 days after the last door. You can delete the calendar yourself at any time.
